All sales are final — each rug is handmade to order, which means we’re not able to offer refunds once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or if we make an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.</p>
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
